Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you order from RT Reserve.

1. Eligibility
You must be 21 or over to order. By placing an order you confirm you are acquiring the material for lawful in vitro laboratory research on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or research setting, and that you are competent to handle it safely.
2. Permitted use
Material is supplied strictly as reference material for in vitro laboratory research. You agree not to administer it to humans or animals, not to resell it for such use, and not to represent it as suitable for such use. This is the condition on which the sale is made, and breaching it ends any obligation we have to you.
3. Orders and pricing
Listed prices are per vial in US dollars and exclude shipping and any import duty. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch, in which case we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when payment clears.
4. Shipping
Orders confirmed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon; later orders go the next business day. Free shipping applies to orders over $110 before tax. Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by customs.
5. International orders
Some destinations are restricted and are flagged at checkout. You are responsible for confirming that import and possession are lawful where you are, and for any duty or clearance charges. Parcels seized by customs are not refunded.
6. Returns
If material arrives with the wrong fill weight, a broken seal, or an incorrect lot marking, email us within 14 days with your order number and photographs and we will replace or refund it. Opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days at your cost provided the cold chain and seal are intact.
7. Certificates
Certificates describe the sample the laboratory tested. They are not a warranty about a vial after it has been shipped, stored, or handled by someone else, and where a report names no batch number it describes a production run rather than an individual vial. See the disclaimer.
8. No warranty beyond the certificate
Material is supplied as described in its certificate and listing. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose — least of all any purpose involving administration to a person or animal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the material outside in vitro laboratory research.
10. Refusing an order
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including where we believe the material is intended for human or veterinary use — and refund it in full.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
