Ambassadors

A referral arrangement for laboratories and researchers who already use this material and would recommend it on the evidence. There is no content quota and no script.

15% commission, in cash

Paid on the compounds in any referred order that ships and is not refunded — not shipping, and not as store credit. Sent by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle once the commission is fourteen days old.

10% for the person you refer

They type your code at checkout and it comes off their first order. The offer has to be worth something to them or it is not a referral, it is an advert.

How it works

Plainly, because the mechanics are worth being straight about.

Enter your email below and a code comes back immediately, and by email. It is yours from that moment — there is no application to wait on.
Share it. Whoever you give it to types it at checkout and takes 10% off their first order, and the order is credited to you.
Your commission is held for fourteen days while the refund window closes, then paid in cash. Reply to the email with a PayPal, Venmo or Zelle handle before your first payout.

Two limits worth knowing before you share it. Your own orders do not earn commission — the code is refused on an address that matches yours. And it applies to a buyer's first order only, so it is a way to bring somebody in rather than a standing discount for people already here.

Get your code

Your name is what a buyer sees at checkout — they type your code and the page says “10% off, referred by Alex”. It is not a login and nothing else uses it. Leave the code blank and we will make you one. Letters and digits, 4 to 24 characters — pick the handle you already use somewhere and people will remember it.

Payment and termination

Plainly, because it would be worse to leave it implied:

Commission is discretionary. We may withhold, reduce, delay or reverse any payment, at any time, for any reason or for none. That includes an order that is refunded or charged back, a code we believe has been shared in a way we did not intend, or no stated reason at all.
A code can be switched off at any time, for any reason or for none, with or without notice. A code is permission we grant and can withdraw. It is not property, and it cannot be sold or transferred.
Nothing here is an entitlement. Taking a code does not create a job, an agency, a partnership, or a promise that the programme will continue or that any particular amount will ever be paid.
Unpaid commission may be withheld if a code is disabled or the programme ends. Amounts already sent to you are yours and we will not ask for them back.

We would rather say this outright than have somebody build a plan on money we have not promised. In practice we expect to pay what is owed to people who share the code honestly — but expecting is not the same as committing, and you should treat it as the former.
